Furthermore, I know that my landlord do not deal with anyone that would just cold call tenants, especially one that uses an asian call center. I have listed this as scam SCAM but I do answer unknown out of the blue calls. I believe that if the caller dosen't bother to leave a message, it can't be serious and is probably up to no good. As soon as the caller got the answerphone message they immediately killed the call.
