Fraud My wife was rang on her mobile by the above number. When she answered an automated voice said `"you have been charged £ 79.99 for Amazon Prime", She then hung up.
SCAM First a silent call to establish there is a number. Second call, a foreign voice, purporting to be calling on behalf of UK HMRC (tax collection) talking about fine/charge for an infraction, and inviting you to press 1 to discuss it.
Called and didn’t a leave message when I tried to call back I got automated messages saying this number is not in use. Probably a SCAM

Unsolicited text from this number, claiming to be from Santander, asking me to call 03300430156. A phishing attempt.

Call center. 02 asking about contract I have with them. I don't have one lady apologiesed and hung up.
I don't know the full details of the calls, but 01270 311034 has been harassing my father today, calling back every few minutes despite him repeated telling them "no". Seems like the behaviour of scammers to me.

Indian guy, hung up I answered and said I couldn't hear him properly.
Plays message in foreign language and hangs up, not dangerous just annoying.
Called claiming to be from a utility company. They were very pushy and wouldn't listen when they were told they had the wrong person. I asked them to remove mu details from their system but they continue to call at least 8 times a day. I have blocked the number but then it goes straight to my answerphone and all I get silent messages with the sound of people laughing in the background.

Lady with Indian accent very polite introduced herself and said she was calling from Lifestyles. Asked about my housing, had my postcode - which I didn't like ended the call. SCAM Call from Sky technician department! Strong Asian accent. There is a problem with my broadband router. Not with and never have been with sky. Wanted me to load an app on my phone so she could show me what the issue was with the router. Not happening I said. Got accused of arguing with her. Managed to waste 8 minutes of her time before hanging up and blocking.
