Suggest you keep them hanging on the line as long as possible but don't download anything or give them your details. Just string them along and frustrate them. An Indian sounding man said he was from one of the newest UK 'Habits companies' and wanted to ask me about my habits. Told him I knew he was a scammer and he hung up before I could finish my sentence! As well as my phone number he had my name and address which he said was obtained from public available data - very worrying!
