Rang, I didn t answer. Looked them up on the internet and found it was SM BPO Solutions, an office outsourcing company.

Received call on poor quality line from a company that sounded like "Forward Life" - despite number being registered with the TPS.

I have been called on a few occasions from RB but fortunately, until now I have been out and my answering machine off. This morning, I received a robust call from an elderly-sounding gentleman wanting to tell me all about the Red Button. I politely explained that I was not interested and asked him to ensure my contact details were removed from his company s records and also, quite politely, asked him to hang up and not call me again. Keeps calling my number but usually no one is there when I answer. Just a long period of silence and then the call is ended. Very annoying and probably upsetting for some people. I have spoken to them in the past and said I was not interested but it has not deterred them from calling again and again.

I also bought these spacesaver bags and was consequently charged 99.99 by free time holidays.I contacted TSB fraud dept straight away and they refunded the money within ten minutes I never recieved a brochure or a phone call.Surely something should be done by somebody to stop these awful people.
