Just received a call from them (major call centre background noise) insisting I requested a ring back from them earlier at 9.30 this morn. Informed them I did not and to remove my number, insistent I had contacted them for a call! Whilst i continuously said No and remove my number she continued to ask if my husband had called using my phone possibly (Im a widow, living alone), asked if anyone else had called regarding my insurance and so on despite telling her multiple times I have no insurance and asking
