I had a call from this number today claiming to be from the legal team at my insurance company LV about an accident id had in Dec where my car was written off. The man knew of my name, address, post code, the date of my crash, and he said that a company called ensure had made a payment to them to forward on to me, but I've never heard of them and never claimed for myself, just the cost of my veichle which was straight forward and all sorted weeks ago. Hi I ve had the same company calling. A family member had a car accident a year or so ago and there was an insurance claim. Someone with a liverpool accent phoned twice today asking if the person in question was in. I told him they had moved said bye and hung up. He then phoned back a few hours later and shouted if you do that again, I will break your arm and hung up on me. He has phoned a couple of times before as well for the same claim; so I m getting sick of it now.
Since my last comment I have spoken to the company who distribute the Kitchens and Bathroom News and this is work that is sent out to an agency Who do all the renewals for subscription for free magazines so according to them this is genuine, I even checked questions that they ask and these were confirmed. So they could be calling you to receive continued subscription for a free magazine. Also I have since found out that some agencies are not aloud to leave messages and are,required to call back.
