Randomly called said she was from sky and said our internet is slow. Tried to get us to download and app called quick support. This app allows people to remotely access your phone. Very dangerous as the can get so many details this way. We questioned her and she hung up. Called back and metro express answered, Im guessing this number is used for numerous amounts of scams. Had a call from this number at 13.30 on 23/02/22. Upon answering i waited for the person to speak first, it was an asian sounding person in a call centre. As soon as they asked how i was today i asked straight out if they were a scammer to which they responded yes they were a scammer and a fraudster followed by oh my god repeated several times. I stated the call should now end and looked online to find number belongs to a sushi bar in London so this number was spoofed/cloned and not the genuine number.

IMPORTANT!!!! AWARE!!! They will ask you to download an app from Anydesk.com, DON'T do it. This is an app for them to control your mobile

Indian based scam callers who pretend to be from one of the phone companies and now have offers for you. I am completely covered in scam calls from India where the fact that my number is on a government do-not-call list is completely ignored. A valid phone company would not ignore the fact that my number is listed.

SCAM I was told it was Barclays Security Team, when I said I'd not had a credit card for 2 years, The guy turned around and told me it was Barclaycard Debit card fraud team, which to my knowledge, Barclaycard don't do a Debit card.

A man rang from this number, I think he said from PAC - had my name and said I had been advised by a financial adviser to move my pension. When I asked where he got this information, he said from Pensionwise. As far as I am aware Pensionwise do not have such information. I said I had not seen a financial advisor or been advised to move my pension. The man was very polite and rang off. I was suspicious and think it could have been a dangerous if I had shared financial info.
