This is the UK version of a scam running amok in the US. The supposed company, microsoftechs.com, contacts people and claims there is an issue with their computer. The claim to be partnered with Microsoft and gain confidence with all the classic scam talk. If you do get scammed, they will access your computer via remote access, go through your email, install software and who knows what else. Just end the call, don t press any keys and if they leave a voicemail don t call it back. There will be no legal consequences, they re just trying to scare you.

we paid for goods that never came even though they promised they would. Then they stopped answereing the phone - a scam company !!!!
Fraud. Recorded voice claimed to be Amazon Prime and said I had been charged 79.99 and if that wasn't me to press 1 on my phone keypad. As Prime is actually £79 for a year, I terminated the call and blocked the number.

I did not recognize this number, so I decided to let it go to voicemail. Needless to say they did not leave a message. Looking at the previous comments, it was the correct thing to do by ignoring the call. My motto is ... if it is important/legit then they will leave a message.
