Fraud - automated messaging asking me to press 1 to connect to a HMRC fraud officer, saying that if I didn't connect the call then a warrant would be issued for my arrest.
To STOP .......We were receiving calls on a daily basis from 0161 237 7500 and the message gives you 0161 236 2565 to be removed from call list. When you dial this number - it does not connect. After some digging on the internet (No1 Accident Claims Manchester) I found another number 0844 844 9199 - does not connect but hey oh two emails:- [email?protected] and [email?protected] Sent them a strongly worded email to get my number removed. Lets see whether it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SCAM Claims to be from "Enterprise UK" (apparently an investment firm, not the car hire company) Claims my details are on a database of investors of stocks and shares, which I'm not. Obvious scam call, worryingly had my name and claimed to have my email address.
