This is apparently a lottery syndicate. They wanted me to set up a direct debit of £39/month. It started from a "win a free iPhone, guaranteed". They asked for my contact details, and then it became apparent that my details would be given to lots of companies. Then 02036346988 called me. This is apparently a syndicate of 150 people and you get 75 lines per week, in the EuroMillions lottery. If you win nothing in any month, then you get a full refund of your £39. This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, people does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. As people do search for this number, it should be used, so be aware.

This number keeps keep calling me (4 times in last 24hrs) on behalf of another company (UK Claims or something) regarding a motoring accident my husband is supposed to have had. I don't know if they are trying to get money out of him or get money for him, but as soon as I tell them that they are not ringing his phone, they end the call - until they ring again.
SCAM - HMRC Scam. Called me this morning and I let it go to voicemail due to unknown number. Replayed the message and automated robot voice telling me that I better contact HMRC via their number or "face the legal consequences". Classic scumbo's trying it on. HMRC will write to you officially or contact your accountant for any issues. If in doubt, call your local HMRC offices and discuss with them directly.

SCAM This was a call from a Asian male who stated he works for Carphone warehouse in West London. He stated that he was given my number because he was given my details by either Three, Vodaphone, EE, 02 and lebara. He stated that there was a contract with these organisation that granted Carphone warehouse the contact details of the customers of the above networks. I questioned him about how he was able to obtain my number, but he was unable to provide any information on how he obtained it legally.
