PPI nuisance call

Will send a new card in 48 hrs...Need to take action ASAP...Was on my way to the Dr...They will call back at 11:00...called Visa they said, it was a fishing for your Visa card #...Mentioned this at the Gym...People who lived in Condo's already had calls last year 2016..Just getting around to the houses

This came through in a scam txt saying about the £ at IKEA

100% scam outfit run by three men called Muhammad Mazhar, Syed Awais Gillani and Junaid Inayat from Pakistan. They are not based in UK and only use UK phone numbers and a virtual UK address to trick you into thinking they are. Their only interest is to extract money from you while providing nothing at all. Put the phone down and block them immediately. Not even worth being polite to as these crooks will see it as a weakness and think they can scam you.

Call about non existent car accident

Received text warning me of impending fraud and to ring asap. when you ring the number it asks you continuously to enter your sort code and account number instead of putting you through to an operator. Obvious fraud attempt.

Scam saying I had a £9k refund due to me if I log onto my bitcoin account while I was on the phone

Fraud. Automated voice pretending to be from HMRC threatening to cancel NI number.

Selling claim policy

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated - all the same range) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Similar numbers are reported as a telemarketing. Did someone answer any number of this range? Is there any reason why companies use line with shared costs for just ringing you and left no message (other than scam...)? If this was a silent call for you, do not call back for any reason! SCAM

Lotto Social This is most likely a scam number They will inform you that they will give you over 100 lottery tickets a month through them, and that you will make no loss if your numbers do not come up. They will give you a trial of two weeks, where they will "pay into your account" any money which is won when your number comes up (Can only withdraw cash if winnings exceed £10). Then they will ask for card information and charge you for numbers. I highly doubt that they are actually purchasing lottery number
