I had a similar experience today, hung up immediately and reported the incident to TalkTalk who have blocked this number on their network. Probably a scam!

SCAM Said they were from a school charity and threatened to said their collection team to collect £189 from me. I’ve never spoken to them before and certainly never agree any charity donations over the phone.
Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. Girl called to say they were a legal firm calling about a minor accident I was reportedly involved in around 2014. Hung up.
a man that sounded as if he came from india or pakistan called me Wednesday 24th February 2016 at 5.40pm while I was in my car in traffic with my 2 kids in the back. Wanted to sell me something. I asked repeatedly who he was, where he got my number and where he was calling from. He hanged up. He immediately called me back and all he said very loudly and aggressively YOU F****** B**CH! and hanged up. I was very upset and the kids were distressed. I called the number back and it immediately want dead.
