Was called by someone - with a poor command of English - who said their name was John and after 3 attempts I was able to understand he was phoning on behalf of Currys PC World. When I asked where he had got my mobile phone no. from he got abusive and told me to "fuck off" and then hung up. If this is indeed a legit call from Currys PC World then it says a lot about their customer care!

Then said he'd email him. Could I give his email address (Nope). Said he was welcome to use our "sales@" email address, but wanted to send to me, personally (Nope). Was probably only to see if we wanted to switch electric supplier... Yawn.
