get 1 of these calls everyday!! always starting with 0161 then sometimes a different ending number but always about claiming back PPI or my recent car accident!!EVERY call I end demanding they remove my number from there database!!sometimes this is when they either hang up on me or apologise and wish me a nice day!! They send a package to you for you to agree to so they can investigate. Not particularly negative just annoying and long process

They called 15 Apr 2015 at 1730 hrs. Said they were solicitors company, asked about small car accident I had in last 3 years. Told him to send me anything in writing and hung up. They called immediately back - warned I would be reporting the number to BT - he told me to f*** off.
this number is for a.media match apparently and when you answer they hang up con call beware.
I ve been pestered by this number several times a day whilst at work for an entire week. No messages were ever left. One time I answered but the person at the other end hung up.
