It increasingly sounded like a sales call and I couldn't really see how this related to my medical issue. By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. When questioned on this he repeated the same thing once and then stealthily changed it to say he was working with my provider and AIG. Double checked and the two companies don't appear related. He then started on the spiel where he called it a personal policy which it isn't. Let him continue to waste his time and then told him the truth when he asked at which point he hung up on me. Total scam BS.
