Called by an obviously Indian person - pretending to be calling from a spoofed Manchester number. Thus I had no interest in listening to what he was babbling on about. Not that I could understand him anyway. Something about eBay and Amazon stores. Blocked.

Scam for DPD. I’ve had messages from DPD before and they’d never write anything like ‘your parcel is being held at depot’, not to mention it isn’t even the UK site or even the site at all mentioned.

Claimed to be hm revenues and police were gonna talk to me because they were taking legal action against the fact a letter did not get sent to me.

SCAM Claimed to be from Citizen's Advice concerning debt. Consultations with CAB are confidential, they don't give out people's details without permission, but I haven't spoken to them for many years anyway.

please be aware of this spam. They said I had ordered a removal van and were calling to arrange one for me. It ties into several hoax calls I received last week as all the callers were sub Asians.

SCAM, i called it back and it said, this number is not in use, automated. If today 17th June 2023 from 11am 53 people have searched it then i guess it will lead to some scam and the number is using this to hide behind.

Was called by this number, which I missed so returned the call on three occasions for it to be answered and nobody talking on the other end.

An Indian sounding man said he was from one of the newest UK 'Habits companies' and wanted to ask me about my habits. Told him I knew he was a scammer and he hung up before I could finish my sentence! As well as my phone number he had my name and address which he said was obtained from public available data - very worrying!

Text Message Supposedly from DPD about driver attempting to deliver a package with invite to complete an 'application' via a link. No package reference number or similar in text - well dodgy.

Received a text message purportedly from Gov-UK requesting to apply for an energy support scheme by clicking the link. It's a scam! Phishing!

This number called and asked for me by my first name. When I asked who was calling he hung up. I have blocked this number- definitely dodgy if he won’t say who he is and why he is calling.

SCAM Unusually, this was actually an English person on the other end of the phone rather than a call centre setting from India etc! The number rang my works mobile at 10:05 09/05/2023. The person on the other end spoke very well and professional, saying that they were calling from HSBC, and were making me aware of activity in my account that looked suspicious, that money was being taken out by an advertising firm. Recorded message reporting unusual activity on my credit card. One transaction from Amazon and a foreign transaction for 999 pounds. Press 1 to authorise payment or 2 to speak to an advisor Strongly suspect this is a scam. As it was a local number I tried to call it back later and got unobtainable signal. Beware.

SCAM Automated voice, said it was bank security, suspected fraudulent transactions, one from Amazon, one a bank transfer. Have had this before. Checked bank, no transaction had been taken.
