Asked for my daughter by name! I asked who they were - he said Benjamin from BT - has she got a problem with her internet? I said that I would ask her (suspecting a scam). Have blocked the number on my wonderful BT phone.
Leaves automated voice messages asking for someone I ve never heard of. Either a scam or a pitifully badly organised debt collection agency.
