I can confirm this is a scam purporting to be Lloyds Bank. It’s an automated voice and they had my name and home number. I did not do what they asked but terminated the call and phoned Lloyds Bank myself. Definitely a scam, 24th July 2022

Claimed to be from Council Housing Association calling about reported repairs needed to my property. I was confused and asked what he meant as I am not in a council house. Called me and was singing to himself when I answered, said he was from Sky and knew my first name, asked did I want to add extra services to my existing contract. he hung up when I kept saying no.
Called from "my bank security" telling me that my card (no ref to debit or credit )had been used for £300 to Amazon and over £1000 to an international transaction. Usual press 1, 2 etc. DO NOT RESPOND. This is a premium call no. and you will be charged upwards of £20 just for dialling and then a high charge per second. DO NOT ANSWER OR HANG UP.
