I got this number from the booking office in Waverley Station in Edinburgh in order to cancel A Virgin train ticket. Called the number and got an Indian lady who just kept saying "hello". To me this sounds like a money-making scam and I am so frustrated!

Indian man with strong accent rabbled on about claims...told him i dont have any PPI or charges ect....his reply was " No miss Lesley we are not...oh my god!" He then went silent I replied "Oh my god??" But he had hung up before I believe he had heard me!
