Usual rubbish call asking me to confirm if I've had an accident that wasn't my fault. When I asked them to give me details, they become more aggressive and sternly ask you to confirm you have been in an accident until they finally hang up. Very irritating and very unprofessional. I've blocked the number.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 17953802xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, accident claims, insurance marketing.
