I only entered the competition for the iPad because it came up on accuweather which I ve been using for a while and is a bona fide site. I then got a message saying I was now entered in a weekly draw for ?4.50 per week. I then received 3 messages which I was charged ?3.83 for. So after I received a call I asked him a few questions about the business etc and things didn t sit right, he also had no current address for me or know my d.o.b or email address.. I then said " due to the information you have provided me with I believe your working for an illegitimate company and therefor I won t disclose any information with you" his reply was "oh okay" any other company would have argued the toss with me to prove there legitimate... please phone me back or let s communicate through email

Called and said they were conducting a survey as a part of TfL. Very strange sounding man asked to speak to the youngest in the household and asked when his birthday was. Told to not call again and hung up. Bizarre and creepy, especially close to the holidays when they know children will be home from school.

Nuisance call from someone suggesting that the warranty on my 16 year old washing machine has expired and needs to be renewed. Phishing for people to pay for a warranty on a washing machine purchased in 2006 is a scam to steal money from unwary recipients.
This is HSBC s fraud department number and the call was genuine.
all they said was hello hello. another (i guess duff, get a life call). come on Concervatives (as our government) stop these calls of no interest and give us a better life.These people are leaches and do not help the economy my a mile and waste it for all the really willing workers.
