This is the UK version of a scam running amok in the US. The supposed company, microsoftechs.com, contacts people and claims there is an issue with their computer. The claim to be partnered with Microsoft and gain confidence with all the classic scam talk. If you do get scammed, they will access your computer via remote access, go through your email, install software and who knows what else. This number rang me the other day. A number I don’t recognise. I don’t know who the one who called me with this number so I didn’t answer.
I am also leaving Scottish Power and I am receiving these calls 2 or 3 times a day. Never spoken to anyone but I wish they would stop calling.

Calling me while I am abroad means I pay a reception charge which is totally unfair. its the usual an automated service regarding some insurance or such. i wish i could block it, called me about 5 times now and when i dont hear phone it goes to voicemail and i get charged. no morals.

My advice is to block this EXACT number on your Device. It belongs to a Company calling themselves the "Financial Claims Company" or "FCC". They phone you up...
