Indian guy called Daniel from Microsoft. I said we had no computers or laptops or anything. Whilst asking me initial questions he was obviously chewing something. When asked what he was eating he hang up!
Claims to be about loft insulation, saying that the yellow loft insulation is causing damp in homes &that the government is advising people to have it removed. £75 for a survey. If it was genuine I would think it would be on the news & would receive a genuine letter from the government.

Caller said that he was from BT. did not know who to speak to. Held the line open for several minutes when we tried to cut off call. Very persistant. I answered by stating that we were on TPS and they should not be calling us. I tried to disconnect call as I wanted to check what number he was calling from. He was still holding line open. Seeing other comments, presumably aggressive advertising. Very dangerous for susceptible people.
