Although previous comment says Hellmann, I called them and said I was expecting a parcel from DHL. Spammed me with calls over a few days that I kept missing. When I picked up, they claimed to be from Steadman-Chase in London. I didn't really believe them and they tried to convince me to invest, along with trying to throw terms at me to sound smart. When they finally accepted that I wasn't interested, they abruptly hung up. Block this number!

Until recently these numbers were from a lady speaking Chinese, who then switched to English prompting a message that indicted.
