I ignored the calls to my mobile thinking they would eventually stop. After 4 (FOUR) weeks of them calling between 3-5 times a day I eventually rang them on a recorded landline to tell them to stop ringing my mobile.
Said they were a government organisation and to call them back because if you don't you will have legal action taken against you . I don't believe it they wouldn't use a robot to send a message that important

If this was NOT you call us on 03309124638” I called Virgin money directly using their actual number from the back of my bank card to report it, it’s definitely a scam.
