This number is just another one in the same range of similar numbers - 19167199xx - same call centre, mostly reported as a silent call (just testing their database of numbers), sometimes as accident chasers ("Have you been involved in a road traffic accident...?"), or telemarketing offers. I assume this is the same case, blocked it when they called. Did someone speak with some person behind this number?

They ring, I answer. They say nothing, and after 10 seconds of silence they hang up. One minute later, repeat of the exact same scenario. If they don t want to talk to me fine, but why ring (twice) if they wont speak. Idiots.

This number comes from Bishops Stortford, similar numbers are already reported as a telemarketing, and this one called with accident claims - the problem is I never had an accident. Just a telemarketing.
