I had a call from this number and was instantly suspicious. I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. Like most people, I am suspicious of individuals whose language skills are a lot less than mine and have a heavy accent. SCAM Caller stated they were from talk talk and someone had attempted to access our internet this morning therefore it was insecure. I became suspicious when caller tried to get me to download an app to my phone. Cancelled the call and Called talk talk directly.
