This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Other times they tell me they understand I am the home owner, if I ask them to tell me what my name is if that is the case - they then hang up. Several calls a week, sometimes twice a day.
