This number called and "released a lock issue" on my computer, Claimed to be Microsoft. He then chased up regularly for £500 in payment. Spoiler alert - Microsoft don't use this number. This male pretended to be called Alvin. Avoid as extremely convincing and dangerous criminal scam

Call from man with Indian accent - "your contract with Three is coming to an end". Me: "could you remind me of the number" - "the what?" - "the contract number" and he hung up. I think it's fair to say he was up to no good. And judging by the street view below, the number is likely spoofed as I can't see a boiler room operation going on in a highland village.

Claimed to be virgin media stating computer had been hacked and were going to take me through steps to secure it. Hung up immediately.

Recognised the voice instantly - He often calls..... Claims to offer compensation about diesel emmissions court case - BUT needs far too many personal details to be a legitimate solicitor firm!!!

01615323513 is a SCAM number. Called me at 08:55hrs 11 April 2022, purporting to be from Microsoft saying that I had a problem with my computer. I do not have a Microsoft computer so this was clearly a scam and the number 01615323513 has now been blocked.

They cold-call phoned me about renewal of insurance on kitchen white goods. They needed some banking details to alter the payment paperwork because they were giving me a no-claims discount. Knew enough about me to make this plausible. I 'needed to go to an appointment' [actually true] so I had to ask them to phone back tomorrow - which they were readily willing to do. SCAM Claimed to be from a glazing company about my property. No response when asked which property Claimed to be doing work in my area. No response when asked which area. All rather artificial and AI generated.

Fraud Said they were from HSBC and wanted me to go through security. I said I'd call them back and at that point they gave me the genuine HSBC number (I said I'd look it up anyway). So I called the genuine number, 03457 404404, and wasted my time and HSBCs, as there was - surprise surprise - no suspicious activity on the account.
