Fortunately I was there to intercept. As soon as you reach pension age, they're on to you claiming that you requested a pension check online (didn't happen) they tried to call my elderly mother claiming they could offer her a lump sum payment if only she would grant them access to the account. It's all lies and a well known pension scam. Please be careful!

Repeated calls, comes up as EON but I am not an EON customer. Sometimes leaves clear msg sometimes it's blank. Suspect it is a scam. DO NOT give any personal details to then! If you are an EON customer then use the number on your bills or their website to inform them and check if they are trying to contact you.
Fourth time this week, calling from "O2". Last time they called, they were from Vodafone. Idiots. Told me I could save £££ on my contract. It was a recorded message saying "this is your bank. three withdrawals have been made on your card this morning...." and went on to list various sums. No name of bank, no name of card or card holder. The number used is not listed by my bank. Very suspicious.

Fraud - Incoming call from a foreign call centre. Person on the phone not very bright. When challenged with questions such as “what bank is calling me?” The person was unable to answer and ultimately terminated the call. I knew it was a scam, but just like to waste their time as much as they waste mine.

Automated message stating that foreign transactions had appeared on my bank card but did not state which bank or confirm my name or details. Went on to ask me to press '2' to cancel the transactions, so I hung up and checked the phone number out. It is unobtainable and has no ratings with you so I wrote this one. Take care.
