harrasment calls phoned my mobile for my wife then told me he had a refund for me

Called me a few times. I called back heard the call centre setting - noisy, chatty. Man said hello did not say what the company was. I asked what company is this he just stated a loans company, do you want a loan. I said no and he said ok bye.

2 calls to my mobile phone, both while I was out without it. No messages left, so I m assuming it s a cold caller.

Rang me twice. Hung up both times upon answering.
