Reckons they have a cheque for £3100 which they say is PPI I wrongly paid on a loan, a local delivery man would deliver the cheque and when it is cleared and the money is in my account he will call again to collect Paysafe Vouchers for £225 which I have to buy and show to the cheque deliverer before he will hand over the cheque. Are based in Scotland with no known office in 01305 exchange area. Have calls from Scotland re-routed through local exchange numbers in order to persuade people to answer a local number. If you call it back, then the call is again re-routed back to their Scotland office. Not sure if this is an illegal practice under telephony legislation, but would be interested if anyone can come up with the legislation about having calls re-routed to give the answering CLI the impression that the call is local.

There must be something dodgy in the water (above the norm) in Carmarthen, almost every harassment call I get is from one of these amoral desperate little Welshies who think they are above the law. After the latest developments on this issue, I look forward to the day that they ll have to build a new prison in the town to house them all. Probably easier just to fence the place in as is.
