This number is a company called Natural Essentials. They flog over-priced vitamins and supplements to vulnerable elderly people. They are really persistent. When they come up against call blockers, they instantly re-dial with alternative numbers. Just recently they are even switching to international numbers in an effort to bypass. Associated numbers are 08000148950, 08000148960, 02034567894, 02034535242, 02034535243, 02034535244, 02034535245, 02034535246, 02034535247, 02034535248. Block them all!

We wanted a quote for a sliding door for our back porch and the salesman quoted over 6k and then he dropped the price to 2 times! They try to pressure you and that if you dont sign today you wont find a better deal! Salesman ask what your job occupation is which has nothing to do with your quote and are fishing for how much money they can squeeze out of you. Most likely a SCAM call which left a robotic (and cut-off at the beginning) voicemail claiming there was suspicious activity and to “Press 1 for the case number” or something similar.
Pretended they knew who I was and that they had a PPI payment for me if I would just confirm my details. Needless to say they hadn t and I didn t. They didn t even know my name.

Answering this number gives rise to a recorded message threatening legal action and arrest for tax evasion, and an option to press a number for further action. I rang off, but this looks like a dangerous phishing call that is after personal details (banking details). As it comes from a Westminster landline it should be easy to trace and shut down. It should be investigated by by the police.
