A woman pretended to be a staff member of my bank and wanted to have my identification card number. When I wanted to know the name of the bank, she said cheeky that I still needed to know which bank I am.
This number was supposed to be a dedicated customer service text service for Flawless Cosmetics. I made an order on 9th Feb 2022,paid by credit card and a couple of days later I received an email to say the order was on its way. Its 4th March and still no product. I texted the number to ask where my order was. The reply was "Arriving soon". I asked "when". No response. i left it a couple of days and asked again. The reply was "soon". Im still waiting. Ha

He knew my name and address and said the company was TPS compliant, but I'm TPS registered so that's a lie too.

This guy called to say he s from Windows and my computer is hacked. He gave a licence number & wanted me to get on line to check it was the same as my computer s so he then could stop the hacker rather than having to shut my computer down. He then gave me his number to call back, got very forceful when I didn t and again when I said didn t have time to do it. Told him he was rude and hang up. Microsoft have nothing to do with this.

I m averaging two cals a day from these callers with heavy indian accents variously called Mike Smith, Kevin and Dave they say they are from Surrey and want me to get on my computer because it has been infected with malicious software, and my virus protectin has been compromised.
