"Anne" rang from a noisy call centre asking to do a survey about whether I was satisfied with my pension. I asked her which one. She replied everyone gets a basic state pension and asked me if I had private ones. This clearly isn t something linked to any pension I may already have. This is one of several telephone numbers this company (DCS?) use. They call saying that the file from a recent accident (and they know some of the details) has been passed to them to make a personal injury claim. I rang our insurance company following the call and they had no idea of this. Then when the person called me back (you can't call them back - the line is blocked) they became extremely aggressive and rude and putting significant pressure on
