SPAM. The caller pretended to be from BT. She, Helen, stated that their records showed that my Internet Speed was worryingly slow. I said that a previous caller from her office named David had called earlier saying he was from Sky, but terminated the call when I asked for his contact number, Helen did the same. Can't think why!

I have had calls from these people before. This time it was a woman called Samantha who sounded Asian. She asked for me by name and when I asked who was calling she said the company Verso and then went on to say she was doing a 1 minute survey.
