Not to be deterred by the fact I'm not a talk talk customer she even quoted me my account number. I said so close my account then the broadband errors will be fixed. Took her a long time to realise she was wasting her time. Now, hopefully, blocked by BT safeguard.

I picked up, said Hello and heard the familiar noise of a call centre with many voices in background and a single voice saying Hello, Hello. I didn't answer, put my phone down but left it connected, suffered the continuous high pitched noise until it stopped then checked number on this site. My hunch was correct! A nuisance call! So irritating!

Called today asking for me. But because my surname was completely mispronounced despite sharing it with a legendary actor, I insisted on being called by my surname. Not just famous, by the way, but legendary. Then they asked me to verify how my first name was pronounced. My first name is common and easy to pronounce.
