According to my phone logs, I received 7 calls from this number over 2 days NOt a good sign.
Just received a call from this number, had a feeling it was a scam but gave them a few mins to explain. They said that BT were disconnecting my internet for 3-4 weeks due to malicious software being downloaded via my connection. This could be avoided but they needed to talk me through how to resolve. Now the best bit...they asked my to hit WIndows button+R...when I asked what thsi would do I was just told to do it so I hung up. They called back and asked very agressively why I hung up and I replied because
called me many times and same experience as above. When they asked about the industrial worker and problems hearing - I had a little fun for about minutes pretending I was hard of hearing ... sorry... can you say that again ...... can you speak up .......
