Automated call saying £600 taken from my debit card and sent overseas. No name asked for, just who ever answers the phone.
This number called me to say that my number has been used in a serious number of crimes and my national insurance number will be suspended if I don’t press 1 to talk to someone. This isn’t real as the police would ring me directly or turn up at my house, not use an automated voice message to tell me. I hung up instead of pressing 1.

Say they are trying to arrange a visit to discuss government funded green replacement/save on energy, ie new boilers, solar panels etc. Would not say who they actually are or how they got our number, quoting incorrect information having checked on Which website. They actually take ages to answer their call! computer dialing I would imagine. Check out first on the Gov website about the facts before getting involved.

Received a call from who they said was the Industrial Workers Office. Asking I assume for my dad. They wanted to know whether he had been working in a noisy environment so you can assume it s some form of persistent injury at work claims company. Did a Google search, realised they have been pestering others. I have asked them to remove all contact information from their databases. Fingers crossed they keep to their word. Unlikely.
