Not spam or a scam. They're Custom Insurance & Mortgage Solutions. I have my life assurance cover through them. They ring me every year to see if I need anything else.

Someone somewhere was or is being scammed by some fake investment groups and it is sad, this experience is harder than many people think. I was in that situation a few weeks ago, this fake website contacted me through my business email and we chatted and spoke on the phone numerous times until i was deceived to invest in their company. 01615070009 this number called 14th Jan, 16th Jan, 2 calls today 17th Jan. No message left. Called number as thought it might be important, recorded message says nobody available to pick up call but holding me with music! They do not identify themselves which alerts my suspicions. Emma from Proficient Solutions called about an accident I d been involved in. I told them I d report them to theTtelephone Preference Service for cold calling. She put me through to a male supervisor. I told him he same thing and he hung up.

Classic "involved in an accident that wasnt your fault" I get calls from this number and several iterations of it a week. This was from a lady called Rose. They always have information of an accident I never remember having myself!

Silent call. I answered, they hung up.

They rang our landline and asked to speak to the BT broadband account holder. I said I was the broadband user and then they put the phone down on me. So I have blocked the number.

Robot caller demanding you call them back. Looking the number up reveals that it belongs to a very legally dubious debt collector who will try to stick you with a debt whether it s yours or not.
