I started getting calls from this number saying that I was owed compensation for a car accident I had recently been in. I informed them I had never been in an accident so they asked me if a family member had been, and I said no and hung up. I ve had a few more calls saying the same thing, and each time I told them to f*** off and hung up. Now they call, don t say anything and then hang up, this happens at least once a week.

I keep receiving calls from this number about PPI. I told them I do not have a ppi claim and to remove me from their caller list. Since then I have received 2 calls a day.
Automated call regarding NI Number being compromised, they ask you to press 1. Don't pick up!

I received a call from this number today from someone claiming to be NHS Test and Trace but there was no way of verifying who the individual was so I was not willing to share personal information with him. If it is an NHS number then maybe they should send a text beforehand so the recipient knows the identity of the call. This is really important as there are so many phone scams going round and this was in relation to Covid19 where a lot of people feel vulnerable and at the mercy of the NHS.

Automated call system - took them 20 seconds to respond. Caller admitted it was a PPI call. I requested to be removed from their list. An automated voice supposedly from HMRC said I was involved in fraud and that if I didn't press on 1 immediately to speak to an agent I would be shortly arrested. Talking about sick scammers.
Some random agency contacted me from this number. They started the call with the usual "Good afternoon, I m xxxx is that surname". I sent them away with a flea in their ear as they didn t understand how impolite it is to call someone by their surname only (not even a Mr). If they can t get my name correct then how can I trust them to get me some business and/or pay invoices etc.
