I have told eon ages ago that I don’t want the meter unless I have a written statement that they will guarantee to recompense me if costs are incurred if I change to another supplier. They said that they could not give me assurance. They are a nuisance and should have a hefty fine.d7v4c

Had a call from this number - I never speak, so the phone was put down without the caller speaking. However, I am registered with TPS. Looking at the comments, it seems to me that the caller has been "identified" in many different ways. I can only assume that it must originate from criminal sources.

unkown numbers keep calling me and when i answer they hang up ..i need to get rid of them please and this is the last number was called just few minutes ag

Phoned twice today, when answered no one spoke.

This number calls unsolicited and asks "If you want to speak to one of our advisors, please press 2". I have no clue who it is and it calls on a regular basis

Phoned once. Answered it but didn t say anything. Girl asked for me by name. I made enough noise that she knew someone was there and waited a minute then hung up. Half an hour later, a man called. Joe. I said "You re coming up as a nuisance call on my phone. Why is that?". He identified himself as Joe from a company called Clear Answer working on behalf of EE. I said "I won t speak to you until you provide me with your company number from Companies House". He went quiet then tried to give me "01482489010"

This number keeps calling me. Everyday 2-3 a day. It is vey annoying as I am at work and I don t want to switch off my phone as I have a family and I need to be available for them to contact me.

They keep ringing and asking to speak to me then all I can hear is loads of talking in the background.

01615070009 this number called 14th Jan, 16th Jan, 2 calls today 17th Jan. No message left. Called number as thought it might be important, recorded message says nobody available to pick up call but holding me with music! They do not identify themselves which alerts my suspicions. Almost immediately I am called back and male caller asks for James, I am female. They are calling about the vehicle collision "James" was involved in. So you be the judge. Needless to say number has been blocked. Someone has to do

I heard a very short ring on my phone and found a missed call, called the number back to only hear a recording; later found a premium rate charge on my bill. It s a SCAM

When call is answered person gives first name, but no company details.
