It was the final straw last night when they called at 8.30pm when I was trying to get some sleep to get up for a 4am early shift at work this morning. My husband called them straight back and asked them why they were calling at such an inappropriate time. Had to press for details on what bill he was saving me money on, he stammered and, almost like he was guessing, said my O2 mobile phone bill. Nobody in this house has any O2 devices so be safe - don't give these scumbags any details. Block the number, maybe work out some of your anger by screaming abuse at them as I did.
