It is someone you know who is putting your number in and they can hear your conversation with the machine!!! I had this done to me this morning. Made threats of legal action from HMRC then asked to press one to speak to an officer. I suspected this was a scam as there is no reason to initiate legal action against myself - so I stopped call.
