Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036345xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance claims, PPI, accident chasers, financial services (loans). Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? Several calls from this number over last few days, mostly either missed or silent. When you are connected to someone, you get: "Hello! Can I speak to the owner of this business ..." They give an unintelligible company name when asked where they are calling from, and asking them what they are calling about causes them to drop the call. Smells very much like a boiler-room full of scammers.
