Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. Number has called 4 times in a week, they always hang up. Lots of noise in the background so clearly a call centre with nothing useful for me. I see this as harassment calling as they never bother to talk !

Just posted the comment above and would like to add that I have reported this matter to the Police and BT and want to urge people not to fall victim to this. The Police have investigated it and have said it is a scam. - Be warned.

First Assist, ambulance chasers, blocked on my phone now. However First assist are known for their persistence and trying from several numbers with a single digit changed.
