SCAM possibly? Caller claimed to be a biker for LoveEnergy based in Pakistan (said this when I said I was going to report him) Called Love Energy, they said it wasn’t them. A search on the internet shows the number as belonging to Russendale Landlord Group!

Silent call - 8 seconds. Idea is for you to call them back, pay their 0845 service charge... make 30p per day from the 1000+ people they call each day... look after the pennies, the pounds look after themselves I guess. Shame.
This number from Norwich seems to be used for the Rest easy life - insurance company, probably the same here and in Australia, check both http://resteasyinsurance.com.au/ and http://www.resteazy.net/ - in fact just another telemarketing, but seems to be legit.
