SCAM Google authentication codes sent thru a personal mobile number?!?!! Don’t think so!!

Called for days without speaking until today pretending to be from "Merchant Review". Asking to speak to "whoever is in charge of the merchant account" when told we don't have a credit card machine they hanged up. Very fishy.

SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. SCAM - pretend to be calling to book me for a conference at ExCel London in November because I have previously attended it before using a Manchester local number. Started with the call will be recorded and they have called earlier this week with a different number. When asked how they got the number hung up the call.

SCAM Pretends to be from my bank, without saying the bank's name, referring to two specific transactions - but this is a recorded message! Then they ask you to press 2 & hold - that's when I hung up, I guess they would have asked me for account details. I just checked with my banking app just to be sure.

SCAM It says it’s from Royal Mail, and that you need to pay for a delivery. There is a link to pay to but don’t . Definitely a scam and are probably after your credit card details. The Link is. HTTPS://safe-help-hub.com It came as a text and I have reported it to 7726 which is the UK reporting of unwanted texts number.

Automated call stating that an official letter from HMRC tax is on route to me and legal action is being taken. Asks you to press 1 to speak to an official representative. Got to be a scam, I'm employed by the NHS and all my tax & National insurance is sorted by them. Blocked the number, I'll worry when the "official letter" turns up!

Spam (or just a sCam) about alleged missold energy contracts. Energy Compensation Ltd or ECL.

Received a call from this number, answered and received an automated message saying my Amazon account had 2 large orders using my card and they didn’t think it was me. It said press 1 for yes it was me and 2 for it wasn’t. I hung up an obvious scam call as how can they know who in the household picks up the call as there might be 5 of us with cards and Amazon accounts!

This number has called me 2 times in a minute while I was on another call. And it's not allowed me to call back. This number is restricted to receive calls. Possibly it's scam.

This number called my business phone. I picked up and there was no response. I said hello? The reply was "mmm I'm gonna cum" and he put the phone down. My husband called back, he picked up the phone but as soon as he heard my husbands voice he put the phone down.
