If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Automated voice telling me my insulation in the loft isn't 'up to govt. standard'. Says he's called Tom and that hey will arrange an appointment today to come and have a look at the insulation. He doesn't sound really automated, but clearly this voice is. As soon as I asked if he was a computer the phone went dead.
