I don't have Aviva Life Insurance I told him. He hung up immediately. SCAM. NOT AVIVA AT ALL AND HIS NAME SEEMED FAKE ALSO. Googled Matthew Cole Aviva nothing came up. DO NOT ANSWER. Just had a call from this number - really bad attitude - starts by asking lots of questions - don't be phased by these people they are not worth worrying about.
This number text me to say my Vodafone bill could not be taken. Funny as this number is EE number and my bill came out of my bank a few days ago as per my DD instructions with Vida phone. Under no circumstances press the link THIS IS A SCAM.

Some random agency contacted me from this number. They started the call with the usual "Good afternoon, I m xxxx is that surname". I sent them away with a flea in their ear as they didn t understand how impolite it is to call someone by their surname only (not even a Mr). If they can t get my name correct then how can I trust them to get me some business and/or pay invoices etc.

recorded message saying my card had been used today for suspicious payments of £300 and £1350 today. Then asked me to press 1to cancel payments and a couple of other options. I terminated the call. Obviously a fraud/scam as no indication of which card was involved.
Fraud - claiming to be calling from BT, and there is a fault with my internet. Hung up when told to f-off.
